Hi! I'm Sue

Product Strategy & Development ⋆⁺₊ Human-Centered AI

My product journey

My path to product didn't begin with one role, it grew from seeing products through different perspectives.

My UX labs helped understand people to shape products, my research work in how people build trust in AI, to evaluating an early-stage startup through investment lens, led cross-functional product teams, and exploring product strategy through a PM lens in Drexel's LeBow College of Business.

Together, these experiences shaped how I approach every problem: balancing what people need, what businesses value, and what teams can realistically build.

Hi, I’m Sue!
So nice to meet you!

Product Thinker

Get to Know me...

My fascination with how people interact with technology, the patterns, behaviors, and motivations, led me into UX. But over time, I became just as curious about the strategy behind great products: the why, the how, the impact, and how decisions are shaped by capital, risk, and scale. I’ve come to enjoy looking at products from both sides—understanding the people they’re built for and the decisions that determine what gets built in the first place.

Lately, you’ll find INSPIRED by Marty Cagan and Escaping the Build Trap by Melissa Perri on my reading list as I continue tinker my thinking behind product.

Now, when I’m not deep in product thinking, I enjoy exploring new places, cultures and meeting new people. As a lifelong dancer, specializing in contemporary belly dancing, it has provided me with the art of expressing creativity. Starting at the age of 8, each new dance form became a canvas for me to explore different facets of my creativity and challenge myself to push beyond perceived limits. My journey as a dancer taught me some things on perseverance, discipline, and embracing the beauty of change. That looked like countless hours of practice and performance, finding comfort in discomfort, welcoming the challenges that arise as opportunities for growth and self-discovery.

Lastly, if there’s one thought I would like to share, that I try to carry through the things I do, it’s a saying by Dalai Lama: Leave the people, places, and things you touch a little better than you found them.
